a Multi-Gen Church begins here.
All churches experience changes in leadership. Having an experienced, pastoral leader continue the vital leadership role, while guiding the church in the direction of health and vitality will not only bless the church in the present, but spur into future health and growth. This transitional pastor (senior, worship, associate) will not only help transition the church between ministerial leaders, but will also guide the church from where they are to where they want to be.

Sign up to be mentored and coached on how you can minister to all the generation in your church and how you can equip them to actively serve in your church and community. Coaching lengths vary, but typically requires at least a 10 week commitment. Your coach will help you set realistic goals and help you stay accountable to reach them.

A professional consultant visits your church and meets with your staff and leaders. Through a detailed, prayerful process your consultant will look at all areas of your church ministry (not just the parts related to being multi-generational). Your consultant will evaluate where you currently and offer encouragement in areas that may need attention. Your consultant then walks you through steps to address areas needing attention with the goal of growth, health, and maximum kingdom impact.

Invite us to meet with your church and leadership team to share God's design to be multi-generational. We share from God's Word and from experience helping all the generations of the church work, worship, and serve together.
